I found the location convenient, with key attractions nearby. the metro station next door was a big plus. nurettin at the reception assisted with directions and transport. I found him very helpful. breakfast offered fresh options daily.

The corridors were a bit noisy at times.

Nurettin and bekir offered really good service. They were always available for questions! the check-in was fast and efficient. I found the staff consistently attentive to my needs. they even checked in daily to ensure my stay was satisfactory.

The location was great since it was close to the metro station. It was literally at our doorstep. the food street was also very close to the hotel, only about 20 seconds away. the staff was very friendly, especially mr nurettin, who helped us with directions.

the airport transfer that i arranged through the hotel was disappointing. the driver smoked inside the vehicle even after we asked him to stop. my husband is asthmatic, so it became very uncomfortable.
